Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience in production, manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
• Ability to influence leaders and navigate complex situations with discretion.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production site leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Serve as HR point of contact for employee relations matters and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Guide performance management cycles and development planning with site leaders.
• Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes at the location.
