Job summary

GoGoMeds in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to advise production site leaders and align people strategies with business goals. You will support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring policy adherence and legal compliance.

You will partner with HR leadership to lead onboarding/offboarding, culture initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of progressive HR experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and navigate complex situations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production setting.
Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with production site leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Provide data-driven insights on workforce planning and organizational design.
Lead investigations and coaching for employee relations and compliance matters.
Guide performance management cycles and development planning for staff.
Lead onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle HR processes on site.
Support culture, engagement initiatives, and communications.
Use HR metrics to identify trends and prepare reports.
