Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Wilmington is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead onboarding, HRIS data integrity, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee relations while partnering with site leadership to ensure compliant, efficient HR services that support safety, quality, and workforce development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR administration, HR coordination, or employee relations roles.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations fundamentals, and labor law basics.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presence.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or multi-site environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and lifecycle support across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and audit employee records in HRIS and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll data, timekeeping, and issue resolution.
• Administer benefits and respond to inquiries; support open enrollment.
• Provide employee relations guidance and investigations with discretion.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and OSHA requirements.
• Support engagement, culture, and HR communications on-site.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and leadership on HR processes.
