GTI Energy is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR admin, recruiting, benefits, and compliance. The role requires high organization and discretion in a fast-paced setting with cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruiting and staffing.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of company-wide HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Recruits and interviews candidates; provides management with hiring recommendations.
• Coordinates employee-relations activities and programs including orientation and recognition.
• Coordinate job postings, ads, and participation in job fairs.
• Conduct exit interviews and communicate findings to management.
• Provide administrative support to the facility and HR programs.
• Participate in interview process for open positions.
