Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking its first Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This executive role reports to the CEO and partners with the HR Director to craft and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy across multiple sites.

The CHRO will lead enterprise HR, talent management, compensation, and culture initiatives in a growing manufacturing environment. The role requires building scalable HR processes, advising the CEO and ELT, and traveling to GTI plant locations.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive level.
10+ years in manufacturing across multiple locations.
Experience building and scaling HR functions in fast-growing organizations.
Proven ability to advise CEOs and executive teams on org design, talent, and succession.
Experience owning HR technology and analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Set enterprise HR strategy aligning investments to GTI's growth, revenue, and margin targets.
Serve as a full member of the Executive Leadership Team shaping business strategy beyond HR.
Partner with the HR Director to translate strategy into execution across sites.
Own executive talent management, including hiring, onboarding, compensation design, and succession planning for ELT and site leadership.
Own organizational design for a multi-site manufacturing business.
Escalate and address high-risk employee relations, legal exposure, and compliance matters with Legal and the CEO.
Oversee total rewards strategy including compensation philosophy and benefits.
Develop and protect GTI’s values and culture at scale across headcount and geography.
Support HR function growth: HRIS, analytics, org design, scalable operating model.
