Job summary

FabLogix in Duncan, South Carolina, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leadership, drive workforce planning, and align people strategies with growth. This onsite role blends shop-floor operations with strategic HR initiatives to support rapid expansion.

You will lead employee relations, performance management, development, and compliance, while shaping programs across Kelso Industries. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manager/BP role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/fabrication/industrial workforce preferred.
• Ability to build partnerships with leaders, supervisors, and employees.
• Strong employee relations, including investigations, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Experience supporting growth, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
• Working knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution onsite in Duncan, SC.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner to FabLogix leadership, supervisors, and employees.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational structure, staffing needs, retention, and talent development.
• Translate business needs into actionable people strategies to support growth.
• Provide HR insights to leadership while maintaining connection to frontline operations.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Promote culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR processes.
