FabLogix in Duncan, South Carolina is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with leadership and employees, shaping workforce planning, organizational development, and day‑to‑day HR needs.

This hands‑on business partner role balances shop floor and leadership discussions, driving performance management, employee relations, and leadership development while implementing Kelso Industries' HR programs and standards onsite.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial or BP role.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders and frontline teams.
• Experience with investigations, performance management, and coaching.
• Knowledge of federal and state HR laws and compliance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, onsite in Duncan, SC.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR business partner to FabLogix leadership and employees.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and staffing needs.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, and accountability.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and actions.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and enterprise standards.
• Implement HR programs across FabLogix and Kelso Industries.
