Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar consultative role.
• Broad knowledge of core HR disciplines: talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and consult with leaders, employees, and HR partners.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and judgment skills and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and understand priorities, operating environment, and talent needs of HR and Marketing, Strategy & Communications organizations.
• Provide day-to-day HR consultation to leaders, partnering with the VP HR Business Partner.
• Support workforce and organizational planning, including role design and leadership transitions.
• Lead talent processes for the supported organizations, including goal setting, performance management, and compensation activities.
• Partner with Talent Partner and VP HR Business Partner to consult on talent strategies that strengthen performance and development.
• Use data, workforce insights, and external perspectives to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations).
• Support the implementation of enterprise HR programs, policies, and initiatives with tailored communications.
• Contribute to broader HR priorities and cross-functional initiatives with research, analysis, and planning.
• Help anticipate emerging needs, surface risks, and recommend solutions balancing business objectives and employee needs.
