TikTok is seeking an HRBP Project Intern for the TikTok LIVE team in fall 2026 in Los Angeles. You will support HR practices, participate in leadership development initiatives, onboarding programs, and learning activities, and assist in data analysis to optimize HR operations and decision-making.

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, exposure to real-world HR challenges, and a path to grow within human resources at a global tech company.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or higher program, with a preference for HR-related majors.
• Internship of 3 months or more with 5 days per week commitment preferred.
• Enthusiasm for HR-related work and long-term HR career plan.

• Support assigned business units by understanding goals and implementing HR practices.
• Participate in HR special projects, including leadership development and onboarding programs.
• Assist in preparation, organization, and execution of activities and evaluate outcomes.
