You will partner with HRBPs to handle inquiries, onboarding, lifecycle processes, and performance management while maintaining data confidentiality. The role offers hands-on experience with HR programs, data reporting, and leadership communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners to support day-to-day employee relations and HR inquiries.

• Support performance management cycles, including documentation and tracking.
• Prepare HR materials, reports, and presentations for leaders and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee data with confidentiality.
