Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and departures. You will interact with staff at all levels across multiple practice lines and Ryan offices worldwide.

The role emphasizes policy communication, employee relations resolution, benefits coordination, and HR data reporting while ensuring data integrity in the HRMS. Travel is 5–10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 1–3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Exposure to employee relations, employment and labor laws, benefits, and compensation.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and support onboarding processes.
• Process employee changes, transfers, and departures.
• Coordinate exits interviews and analyze data for improvements.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports.
• Assist with visas for employees.
