Qualifications

• BA/BS in affiliated field or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and operations, increasing HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Consults with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
• Analyzes trends and metrics with the HR department.
• Resolves complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Monitors and reports on workforce and succession planning.
• Identifies training needs for teams and individuals.
• Nurtures a positive work environment.
• Ensures legal compliance throughout HR Management.
