Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience leading HR teams and managing labor relations with unions.
• Strong policy development, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR operations across multi-site environments.
• Supervise and coach assigned HR staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook provisions.
• Coach leaders on engagement, burnout prevention, and people leadership.
• Manage collective bargaining, contract renewals, and labor agreements.
• Oversee grievance/arbitration processes and investigations.
• Align HR strategy with organizational goals and ensure policy interpretation.
• Analyze turnover and workforce trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Optimize HRIS and analytics tools to improve data integrity and decisions.
