Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HRBP or relevant generalist HR experience, preferably supporting teams in the U.S.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and managers.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical HR solutions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, and offboarding.
• Advise managers on organizational development, workforce planning, performance improvement, and people-related matters.
• Handle employee relations matters and support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Work closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers on workforce planning and key hiring initiatives.
• Support compensation reviews, performance cycles, talent reviews, and other HR programs.
• Collaborate effectively with U.S. and China-based stakeholders to ensure cross-regional HR operations.
• Help improve HR policies and employee experience as the U.S. organization grows.
