We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with around two years of experience to provide day-to-day HR support to designated business groups. This role serves as a hands-on partner to business leaders and employees, executing HR programs and processes that align with organizational goals
- Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing strategic and operational HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and team development initiatives
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies and employment laws
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching, to promote a culture of accountability and growth
- Deliver HR programs such as talent reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and career development planning
- Use data and analytics to provide insights and support evidence-based decision making for workforce and organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (C&B, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to implement HR solutions that meet business needs

The ideal candidate will bring solid HR fundamentals, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle routine HR matters—including employee inquiries, data management, and process coordination—while escalating more complex issues as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in a business partner or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- Prior experience supporting business groups in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
