Job summary

Refined Technologies, headquartered in Houston, Texas, seeks an HR Business Partner to be based at our Houston Distribution Center (HDC). You will partner with leaders across HDC and the Mechanical Cleaning Facility to drive Artisan engagement, workforce effectiveness, talent development, and operational success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operational environments.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces and frontline leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Support Second Chance Hiring Program integration and development.
• Lead recruiting for full-time and contractors with timely hires.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and contractor labor.
• Promote engagement and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive environment.
• Support performance management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain documentation.
