Post Consumer Brands, a unit of Post Holdings, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner for our Wilmer, TX distribution site. You will deliver broad HR support to employees and leaders, align people strategies with location priorities, and strengthen safety, quality, and engagement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years HR experience, strong HR process knowledge, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach to drive workforce readiness in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Competenze

• 5+ years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Broad HR process knowledge: talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits, payroll, time & attendance, and development.
• Experience using HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to safety, food safety, quality, and environmental practices.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders to align workforce and talent strategies with business priorities.
• Deliver HR generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and development.
• Build workforce plans to anticipate staffing needs and balance regular vs. contingent labor.
• Strengthen engagement, safety, and performance management with clear goals and feedback.
• Coach front-line supervisors on talent practices, policy application, and employee relations.
• Proactively manage employee relations with business leaders, HR leadership, and Legal.
• Use HR data to identify retention opportunities and implement targeted actions.
• Lead projects to improve HR processes and connect local needs with Centers of Excellence.
