Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with major in chemical, materials science, microelectronics, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in solar cell process engineering.
• Knowledge of HJT, CVD, PECVD processes preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned process groups of the manufacturing line, including solar cell manufacturing.
• Optimize and improve solar cell conversion efficiency, yield, reliability, and cost.
• Identify causes and prevent production issues using problem-solving methods.
• Lead, manage and train process technicians; maintain training records.
