Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the Distribution Center and Logistics teams in Solon, OH. This HRBP will work closely with leaders to address employee relations, staffing, and performance, while maintaining an on-the-floor presence to foster engagement.

The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to the Distribution Center and Logistics teams.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations and staffing needs.
• Walk the floor to address concerns and coach managers on performance.
• Manage HR processes, data in HRIS and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support safety and employee well-being initiatives.
