You’ll shape strategy, mentor leaders, and ensure on-time customer commitments while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience with leadership roles.
• 2+ years in management leading salaried and hourly teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and owning performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried leaders and their teams to meet department goals.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity to satisfy customers.
• Evaluate performance, conduct reviews, and build leadership bench.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to hit business objectives.
• Deliver department plans and monitor KPIs (UPH, SLA, cost).
