Job summary

ALO is seeking an HR Manager to lead daily HR operations at the Dallas Distribution Center, partnering with facility leadership to align HR with policy and business goals.

Responsibilities include onboarding, compliance, safety, HRIS (Workday) administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, a relevant bachelor’s, and PHR/SPHR certification; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Experience advising managers on performance, discipline, and employee grievances.
• Experience with Workday and maintaining confidential employee records.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the Dallas Distribution Center.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance, safety initiatives, and HRIS administration.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy education for managers.
