Job summary

ALO is seeking an HR Manager at the Dallas Distribution Center to oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits coordination within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Reporting to the Director of HR and partnering with operations leadership, you will manage Workday records, timekeeping, investigations, and training while upholding company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience in Generalist/HRBP roles.
• Experience with Workday and HR policies, compliance, and investigations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in warehouse or fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the Dallas Distribution Center and improve HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Lead onboarding and employee relations activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday.
• Advise managers on performance, investigations, and employee grievances.
• Coordinate benefits administration and leave management.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Collaborate with HR Director and operations leadership.
