Job summary

ALO is seeking an HR Manager for the Vegas Distribution Center to oversee day-to-day HR operations and partner with site leadership to support employees across the employment lifecycle.

The role requires at least five years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HRIS (Workday). Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus. On-site role in Las Vegas, NV with a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience in generalist/HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, employment compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience advising managers on performance management, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and grievances.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations with clear documentation.
• Experience with HRIS and confidential employee records.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for the Vegas Distribution Center and continually improve HR systems and processes.
• Monitor employment requirements and support policy updates and compliance.
• Consult with legal counsel on complex employment matters as needed.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and programs.
• Lead onboarding to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Maintain employee records in Workday and coordinate with payroll.
• Coordinate training with site leadership and identify leadership development needs.
• Support benefits administration, time off, leaves, and related resources.
• Investigate workplace incidents and coordinate remediation.
