Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in New Jersey is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to drive data-driven initiatives, coach on performance management, and implement inclusive talent practices while leveraging HR tech and AI tools to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and making high-judgment decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices including performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools to enhance user experience.
