Job summary

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coach leaders on performance and employee relations, and drive HR technology adoption to improve user experience while aligning with policy.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent (operations, retail, logistics).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and applying fair policy decisions.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
