Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking an HRBP Associate Manager to partner with business leaders in Cincinnati, driving talent management, performance and organizational change initiatives. You will guide managers on HR programs, advise on employee relations, and help implement workforce plans in collaboration with the HR Centers of Excellence.

You will support leadership development, facilitate training, and contribute to compensation planning and salary processes while ensuring policy

Qualifications

6-8 years of HR related experience.
Strong facilitation, analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to influence leaders in a matrix environment with coaching skills.
Experience with HR analytics and translating inputs into simple solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Talent Management: Provide HR guidance to managers and leaders; support talent initiatives and workforce plans; support leadership development and talent reviews.
Performance Management and Employee Relations: Advise on performance issues; facilitate resolutions; ensure policy compliance and employment law adherence.
Organization Design and Change Management: Support organizational assessments and change initiatives; participate in HR projects.
Compensation Planning: Collaborate on salary planning and job architecture; advise on compensation decisions with data.
Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition: Gather workforce data; collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs; select high-performing diverse talent.
