Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an HRBP Associate Manager to partner with business leaders on talent management, performance, and organizational design to drive business objectives in a manufacturing healthcare environment. You will support change initiatives, salary planning, workforce analytics, and HR programs across the enterprise while coaching managers and ensuring policy compliance.

This role requires 6–8 years of HR experience and strong facilitation in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of HR related experience.
• Experience in at least one HR Center of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations / Labor Relations, or HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and leaders by applying knowledge of HR programs, policies, and business objectives.
• Support implementation of talent initiatives and workforce plans developed in partnership with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Facilitate the resolution of performance and employee relations related issues.
• Assist with change management activities and organizational design to address business needs.
• Partner with Compensation on salary planning and job architecture rollout.
