Job summary

Infosys McCamish Systems is seeking an HR Business Partner responsible for driving unit-specific HR delivery and performance management within the Americas region. You will partner with leadership to enable a high-performance culture, engage employees, and strengthen feedback mechanisms while aligning with Infosys BPM guidelines.

• High School diploma or GED; at least 6 years HR experience.
• Preferred: 4–6 years as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role; strong understanding of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End HR Lifecycle Management.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement, grievance management, and attrition mitigation.
• Business partnership with units to enable decision-making.
• Design and execute unit-level communication and incentive plans to drive performance.
• Serve as first point of contact for policy questions and employee concerns.
• Facilitate performance review cycles for fairness and transparency.
• Support talent reviews and development plans.
• Guide interpretation and application of company policies.
• Analyze org data to derive insights and support engagement initiatives.
