Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation in Chicago seeks an Associate Director, Americas HRBP Lead to shape HR strategy for the MLEU, Physical AI, and RCGTH units across the Americas. You will partner with senior leaders and HR COEs to drive talent, organization design, and compensation decisions in a complex, fast‑changing environment.

This onsite role requires strong data analysis, change management, and a proven track record in leadership.

Formación

• 6–8 years of HR experience with leadership roles.
• Fact-based data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools used by HRBP teams.
• Ability to read the room, act with urgency and strategic mindset.
• Strong critical thinking, integrity and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business strategies into people priorities and align with the organization’s vision.
• Own people and talent management plans and drive HR KPIs across BUs.
• Foster partnership between BU HR leads, CTS COEs, EX-Hub and other resources.
• Lead change management initiatives and act as a chief change agent on people matters.
• Use analytics to translate priorities into talent outcomes and guide talent decisions.
