Infosys is seeking an HR Business Development Director (Global Sourcing Manager) for the Client HROCM Solutions practice focused on the Americas. The role partners with HR leadership, IT/business process teams, and Infosys solutions teams to design and deliver HR transfer programs that support pursue and delivery efforts.

Ideal candidates will have extensive HR leadership experience, capability to manage complex staff transfers, and proven PM skills to engage senior client management across

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 14 years broad HR-related experience.
• Experience designing staff transfer programs for sourcing or M&A.
• Senior level interactions with client or target management.
• Proven PM skills and ability to consult with senior HR/OCM issues.
• Led solution design and PM efforts for major staff transfer initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR solutions for business pursuits.
• Engage with client leadership to determine transfer strategy.
• Deliver people transfer interventions as needed.
• Monitor HR costs and post-contract handling of terms/benefits.
• Provide HR inputs to the HR Transition Team / Manager.
• Plan and onboard in‑country employees smoothly.
