Job summary

INFICON is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and leadership across the Americas sales unit. You will guide strategic workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design in a trusted advisory capacity.

You will leverage people analytics, predictive data, and HR governance to shape talent decisions, ensure policy compliance, and support cross‑regional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business or related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with some advisory role.
• Experience supporting sales/commercial units in a technical organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with employees and management across designated units.
• Provide guidance on workforce planning, leadership development and employee relations.
• Coach leaders on performance and inclusive leadership behaviors.
• Use analytics to inform decisions and build organizational capability.
