You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities within your division. You will manage the entire recruitment process for your division to attract top talent. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and a commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring industry compliance.
