Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit
• Use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide tactical HR support to line managers
• Consult with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs
• Act as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary
• Perform a variety of tasks

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and required years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

*Salary Range: $65-68/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
