Job Summary: The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR-related issues and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Offices: NYC and Long Island
Travel: While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence. Additionally, this position may require on-site support as well as in-person team meetings resulting in approximately 25%-50% travel time annually . Mileage and travel accommodations are eligible for reimbursement in accordance with company policy .
