Job summary

G's Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the People Team, partnering with managers across multiple sites to provide practical people solutions and expert HR guidance. You’ll work closely with site leaders to drive consistent HR practices and employee experiences.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, engagement and organisational change, using data to inform decisions and to support a high-quality employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.
• Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Coach and guide managers on people policies and best practice.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning and onboarding of new employees.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across sites.
• Support performance management processes and employee development discussions.
• Assist with organisational changes, restructures and change projects as required.
• Use people data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees to provide practical people support? We're looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team, supporting multiple sites across the business. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with managers, provide expert HR advice, and support a positive employee experience. You'll work across a range of HR activities including employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organisational change, helping managers make informed people decisions and ensuring HR practices are applied consistently. What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with managers across multiple sites to provide day-to-day HR support and advice.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong strategic HR partnering capability.
• Proven talent management and succession planning expertise.
• The ability to drive business-focused people initiatives and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience influencing leaders and shaping people strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence working with managers at different levels of the business.
• Ability to manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
• Practical approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.

You’ll be primarily based on-site between our Ramsey and Barway sites, supporting multiple locations as required, with some flexibility for home working where appropriate.
