We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Sales, Trading, and Corporate Functions teams across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of People for Sales, Trading & Corporate Functions, this role will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders and employees, helping to deliver key talent initiatives, HR programs, workforce planning support, and operational HR excellence. What You'll Do
HR Business Partnership & Employee Support
- Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, processes, and employee-related matters.
- Support employee inquiries and help resolve issues through effective collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
- Foster a positive employee experience by ensuring consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
Talent Management & Annual HR Processes
- Support the execution of annual people processes, including goal setting, talent reviews, performance evaluations, compensation cycles, and succession planning activities.
- Assist business leaders in driving talent planning and workforce effectiveness initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management activities and provide administrative and analytical support throughout annual review cycles.
- Help monitor progress against talent objectives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Facilitate employee movements including transfers, internal mobility, promotions, and departures in partnership with Employee Relations and People Operations teams.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with employee relations matters, escalating issues appropriately and partnering with relevant HR stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Data Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Analyze workforce data and generate reports related to headcount, performance, employee trends, and organizational changes.
- Maintain data accuracy across HR systems and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Deliver meaningful insights to support talent decisions and workforce planning discussions.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, and People Operations teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners to support a globally aligned employee experience.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, programs, and processes across business groups.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Lead or support special HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, reporting capabilities, and employee experiences.
- Assist with organizational changes, business transformations, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive execution from project planning through successful completion while managing multiple priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Relations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in a broad range of Human Capital and HR topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with HR metrics, reporting, and workforce data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn and grow within Human Resources.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within financial services, investment banking, capital markets, or a highly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Tableau, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting global or multi-location employee populations.
- Exposure to performance management, compensation cycles, workforce planning, or talent review processes.
- Experience partnering with business leaders in sales, trading, corporate functions, or other client-facing environments.
Compensation:
USD150,000 - 180,000 per annum
