Job summary

Averro seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for its Finance function in Seattle. This contract-to-hire role is hybrid, partnering with Finance leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, compensation planning, and organizational design.

The position requires 8–10 years in HR supporting finance functions, executive presence, and ability to operate in ambiguity. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition and leads employee relations and investigations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HR experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, or corporate functions.
• Executive presence and ability to operate independently in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR partner to Finance Vice Presidents and their salaried workforce.
• Support compensation planning and performance review cycles.
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce restructuring.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define requirements and accelerate hiring for critical roles.
• Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations.

Pay Rate: $58-64/hr

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a large enterprise finance organization which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in employee relations, compensation planning, and organizational change looking to further their career in strategic HR partnership.

• Support compensation planning and performance review cycles
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce restructuring

Essential Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HR experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, or corporate functions
• Experience with large-scale organizational redesign, operating model changes, and workforce restructuringBA/BS in Human Resources or related field; executive presence and ability to operate independently in ambiguity

Bonus Qualifications

• HR support across a geographically dispersed workforce
• UKG experience
