WideNet Consulting Group in Seattle, WA is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support its Finance organization through a time of transformation. This hybrid role requires on-site presence Tue–Thu and remote Mon and Fri, partnering with VP-level leaders across accounting, internal audit, investor relations, and tax.

You will drive strategic HR initiatives, lead organizational design and change management, and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to hire for critical finance roles.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years HR experience.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or Corporate Functions.
• Strong problem solving abilities across a variety of issues.
• Strong change management and communications capability.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large scale organizational re-design, operating model changes and workforce restructuring.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Enterprise Finance VPs and their organizations.
• Support compensation planning and performance reviews for Finance, ensuring timely execution and alignment with priorities.
• Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders to anticipate workforce needs.
• Provide counsel on organizational design and change management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to accelerate hiring for critical roles.
• Lead employee relations and workplace investigations with sound risk management.

Job Description

Location: This is a hybrid position in Seattle, WA. The candidate must work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday. We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven HR Business Partner to support the Finance organization of a growing company during a period of transformation. The teams span accounting, internal audit, investor relations, and tax, and each has its own needs and priorities.

• Serve as the primary strategic HR partner to Enterprise Finance Vice Presidents and their organizations, providing responsive, high-quality support to a predominantly salaried workforce.
• Support functional-level compensation planning and performance review processes for Finance, ensuring timely execution, sound judgment, and alignment with business and talent priorities.
• Build trusted partnerships with Finance Vice Presidents to anticipate workforce needs and translate business priorities into practical HR strategies and organizational change plans.
• Provide counsel on organizational design and change management, helping leaders assess options, manage risk, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders to define requirements, accelerate hiring for critical roles, and secure high-caliber talent.
• Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations through timely, thorough, and well-documented resolution, balancing employee advocacy with sound risk management and consistent application of company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years HR experience
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or Corporate Functions
• Strong problem solving abilities across a variety of issues ranging in complexity
• Strong change management and communications capability
• Demonstrated experience supporting large scale organizational re-design, operating model changes and workforce restructuring
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Education / Experience

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field

Must have experience/skills

• Ability to quickly gain credibility and establish working partnerships with executive level leaders
• Strong executive presence with executive level leaders

Nice to have experience skills

• Prior experience providing HR support across a geographically dispersed workforce.
• UKG experience

Pay Range:$65.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
