Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of HRIS administrator experience, preferably Dayforce or an equivalent system such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
• Experience supporting Benefits in a global company.
• Strong communication and data integrity skills.
• Capable of handling confidential employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate reporting, recordkeeping, and auditing between the Benefits Department and internal and external contacts (Finance, Payroll, and health and insurance carriers as appropriate)
• Administer new enrollments, terminations, and other changes for all benefits plans in the HRIS and vendor portals
• Support Benefits Department with annual open enrollment, carrier renewals, monthly and semi‑annual HSA processing, intranet content support, and other benefits‑related projects
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, system navigation, and procedures
• Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, job & compensation changes, and offboarding
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up‑to‑date employee records
• Data entry, audit, and approve employee changes (hires, terminations, promotions, etc) in the HRIS
