Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field or equivalent
• Experience in a benefits or technology role supporting HR in a global company
• 1–3 years of experience as an HRIS administrator, preferably Dayforce or an equivalent system such as Workday, UKG, or ADP

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate reporting, recordkeeping, and auditing between Benefits, Finance, Payroll, and carriers as appropriate
• Administer enrollments, terminations, and changes for all benefits plans in the HRIS and vendor portals
• Support annual open enrollment, carrier renewals, HSA processing, intranet content, and benefits projects
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and system navigation
• Support onboarding, records management, job & compensation changes, and offboarding activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for efficiency and better employee experience
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records
• Data entry, audit, and approval of employee changes in the HRIS
