Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Three to five (3-5) years of progressive experience administering employee benefits.
• Experience supporting leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation).
• Strong HRIS experience with Paycom, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, voluntary benefits, retirement).
• Process enrollments, life events, terminations, and eligibility changes accurately.
• Maintain eligibility records and ensure plan compliance.
• Support annual renewals and open enrollment communications and meetings.
• Coordinate and administer leave programs (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
• Serve as HRIS administrator for benefits data and HR workflows.
