Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and at least 3 years of experience in office administration or equivalent.
• Experience with benefits administration and related compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Works with employees to administer health and supplemental benefits and answer questions.
• Coordinates interviews and creates interview materials.
• Manages onboarding for new employees and substitutes onboarding/training.
• Maintains absence management system and processes onboarding paperwork.
