Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interprets and guides in policy-, process-, or procedural inquiries.
• Provides HR guidance in-person, by phone or email for the workforce.
• Collaborates on benefits and leave policies and programs in line with HR objectives.
• Interacts with carriers and vendor partners for problem resolution.
• Supports HR leadership in developing and maintaining employee programs.
• Assists in communicating information on benefits and leave to employees.
• Supports project delivery across HR functions and organizational change.
• Performs data entry in Workday and prepares reports for updates.
• Prepares reports for senior management discussions on HR services.
