Qualifications

• Functions in an independent manner performing a variety of complex HR duties.
• Supervise the benefit coordinators and oversee onboarding & separation benefits.
• Complete PERS forms including refund documents and beneficiary changes.
• Assist with retirement documents and retirement pending employees' insurance.
• Perform quality checks of benefits-related data and support benefits staff.
• Assist managers with staffing needs through interviews and selections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of HR Generalists and oversee new hire orientation.
• Process benefits/insurance at onboarding and separation.
• Coordinate with external providers and plan representatives.
• Prepare and submit retirement-related documents to PERS.
