Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a Benefits & Leaves Administrator to support day-to-day administration of leave of absence and employee benefits programs. The role works closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing, with potential to grow into a benefits specialist role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience managing leave cases (FMLA, ADA, disability, USERRA) and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer Leave Programs (80%): manage cases, track documentation, ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Administer Benefits Programs (20%): enrollments, life event changes, billing, and open enrollment support.
• Prepare reports, provide employee support, and collaborate with carriers and payroll.
