Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage leaves of absence and coordinate employee benefit enrollments and payroll discrepancies. This role provides guidance on benefits, retirement programs, and leaves while ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides employees with guidance and support on all employee benefits, company retirement program, Leaves of Absence, etc.
• Assists in the administration of the company retirement program
• Responsible for the administration and tracking of Leaves of Absence and Workers Compensation
• Assists with the processing of death claims
• Oversees employees enrollments in benefit programs
• Complies with HIPAA requirements
• Assists in supervising and training the Benefits Representatives

Education
