Job summary

The Crowd, partnered with a leading global architecture and design practice, seeks a detail-focused HR Benefits Analyst to join its New York-based HR team. You will support benefits administration, guide onboarding, and help employees navigate coverage and enrollment options.

This role emphasizes data management, reporting, and collaboration within a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR/benefits, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HR/payroll

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related support role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR/payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of health, retirement, leave, and other employee benefits; maintain accurate records.
• Onboard new employees through benefits onboarding and enrollment; answer routine questions.
• Assist with annual enrollment activities; prepare clear communications and educational materials.
• Review benefits data and provider invoices; reconcile discrepancies with payroll and finance; support audits.
• Coordinate with external benefits partners and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
