KPF, a leading global architecture firm in New York, seeks a Benefits Analyst at an entry-level to junior level to support benefits programs and HR operations. You will assist with day-to-day benefits administration, data tracking, and employee inquiries in a globally connected HR team.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in HR or benefits roles, with strong Excel skills and interest in benefits certifications. In-person work required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, confidential handling of data.
• Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with benefits administration across medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, COBRA, retirement plans, and leave programs.
• Support annual open enrollment and new-hire benefits enrollment.
• Prepare and distribute benefits materials and communications.
• Respond to routine employee benefit inquiries.
• Track benefits data, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Assist with compliance reporting and filings.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct benefits onboarding for new hires and educate on plan options.
• Support HR projects related to benefits administration.
