Job summary

Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. is seeking an HR Benefits Analyst to serve as the Benefits Administrator. The role analyzes employee benefits, manages related data and processes, and provides ADP WFN support alongside the Benefits Analyst.

This position is located at 305 7th Ave, New York, NY 10001, with in-person/hybrid work and a 35-hour work week. The salary range is $60,000–$65,000, and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus three years of full-time experience administering a comprehensive benefits program.
• Proven customer/client service sensibility with professional communication across staff levels.
• Must be proficient with ADP Workforce Now and HR benefits platform applications.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to problem-solve, ensure data accuracy, and conduct audits with attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff eligibility for benefits and notify stakeholders with HR Operations Manager.
• Audit employee benefits enrollments and verify open enrollment data across systems.
• Manage electronic carrier connections and ensure regular transmissions.
• Provide day-to-day benefits support and troubleshooting for HR team members.
• Act as point of contact for brokers and account managers as appropriate.
• Maintain regular HRIS reports relating to HR and Benefits data.
• Assist in preparing annual reports to regulatory bodies as required.
