ADP, Inc. is hiring a MyLife Advisor within its Human Resources Outsourcing division.

You will provide guidance and respond to a wide variety of questions and issues related to benefits, payroll, HR, 401k, risk, workers' compensation, e-TIME, and more. The role emphasizes building rapport with clients over the phone and in writing, operating in a metrics-driven call center, and delivering exceptional service while growing within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of client service experience, or military experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for client employees and third parties.
• Build relationships with ADP business partners and vendors to resolve issues.
• Receive training and progressively handle more complex calls.
